Catalog value of this coin is $12.50 US in uncirculated conditon. But silver is running at almost $20/ounce so you are probably looking at bullion value

The Texas Rangers use this coin to make their badges. On the front they change it to say Dpt. of Public Safety Rangers. But on the back it clearly still has the original coin stamping of 'Estados Unidos Mexicanos'. I find that interesting.
