Comments: The obverse of this coin features three pomegranates. The word Israel is written in Hebrew and Arabic. The origin of the obverse design is modeled after an ancient coin minted during the war of the Jews against Rome (66-70 AD). The reverse features the denomination "500 Pruta" and the date in Hebrew with stylized olive branches around the rim.
