Comments: Obverse features woman's head facing left.  Reverse features Peruvian coat of arms.  This is the dot after B variety.  I believe the B is the mint (Lima) not sure though.  Engraver was Robert Britten.  This was sold tp me as 1880 BF AR.  Not sure what the BF AR represents.  If anyone knows leave a comment.  I have had this type on my watch list for a while nice pick up for under $150.

Comments:  Barre Liberty type.   Obverse: Tripartite shield of arms, wreath above. Reverse:  Athena, as Liberty wearing peaked cap holdong spear, other hand rests on shield.  Been looking to add this type to my collection for a while.  This example is fairly low grade but I think also has a weak strike.

Comments:  Obverse features the Peruvian coat of arms, Upper left shield: Vicuna. upper right shield : quina tree, bottom of the shield: cornucopia with coins.   On the outer edges are the legends REPUBLICA PERUANA and LIMA.  Reverse features a seated Liberty holding a scepter with a liberty cap on top and a shield with a sun. In front of Liberty is a column with a wreath on top and wrapped with a ribbon reading Libertad.
