Comments: Obverse features standing liberty. Reverse features flags surrounding arms within circle. I have had this coin on my want list for over 20 years. They don't come around very often and when they do the sell for three to five time catalog value. Unknown mintage on this type so I am not sure of rarity but they seem pretty based on the time it took me to find one. I paid on the lower end of that but don't feel like I overpaid as I am just glad to add it to my collection.
