Comments: Subject of this coin is Basarabia Reunion. Obverse features Maihai I. Reverse features St Stephen on bended knee presenting Putna Monastery to the Lord. I see these coins up for sale pretty frequently and they are usually very baggy, this example isn't too bad in hand although it only graded MS61.

His Majesty the King Michael is still alive. And he is the first. Mihai I, not Mihai II like in your description.
And additional comment: I was surprised to see such a coin slabbed. Slabbing costs more than the coin...
